"Children do not need to learn to be better, told what to do or shown how. If they are given access to enough of the world, they will see clearly enough what things are truly important to themselves and to others, and they will make for themselves a better path into that world than anyone else could make for them." Dora and I made some muffins for breakfast, she wanted to make some using some butterscotch chips I had.

When we still had about half a bag left we also made this treat. Kind of like Rice Krispy treats only we used Chex Rice cereal and added butterscotch chips. This was so simple yet tasted amazing!

Looks kind of like a Christmas wreath after we used a bundt pan, which reminds me I think it's time to put the Christmas plates away, lol!

Dora and I played "Last Word". It is such a fun game, you race to beat the timer and other players by coming up with words in the subject catagory and the letter for that round! For example, do you know any famous historical figures starting wih the letter S?

What do you think?

She also tried out new hairstyles, rode outside in the cold on her scooter, and started filming her own movie. For some reason film is of great topic around here lately, Dad, Bubba, and Bret also discussed making a short family film and ideas for it.

The kids and I also watched "Ramona and Beezus" together.

What else did Bubba and Bret do? played Yugioh together, Facebooked with friends, played the Playstation 3 and watched various You Tube videos. Bubba also played Pokemon on his 3DS. Bret played several app games and listened to music on his Ipod.

They all played with the dogs and fed them where I happened to learn from Dora that dogs need ketchup on their dogfood for more flavor, the dogs did not protest!

I personally am going a little stir crazy! This small town doesn't have alot to offer as far as things to go out and do in the winter. These are the weeks I miss being in Denver, CO. On top of that this will be Dad's week of no check since he had some extra time off around Christmas, so no doing anything that costs either!
