"Children do not need to learn to be better, told what to do or shown how. If they are given access to enough of the world, they will see clearly enough what things are truly important to themselves and to others, and they will make for themselves a better path into that world than anyone else could make for them." While we did watch some of the game on the big projector screen. We had more fun just talking and getting caught up on the events of the past week. Heaven loved showing me how fast she could run and I sat in the floor with her for a long time playing blocks. Then she played with them with her Aunt Dora.

Dora took a break and watched some You Tube videos in her room and practiced crocheting. At one point in the game she rejoined us and showed me an app she had found that taught sign language. She was proud to show me a few words she could sign like family, momma and daddy.

Dora also gave Chris a new hair do!

Bret and Chris looked up the Vans Warped Tour and talked about their favorite bands suppossed to be playing there this Summer.

So all in all a great family day! Happy to have Bubba home and Chris over for a few hours with my beautiful granddaughter!
