"Children do not need to learn to be better, told what to do or shown how. If they are given access to enough of the world, they will see clearly enough what things are truly important to themselves and to others, and they will make for themselves a better path into that world than anyone else could make for them." Today we still had the 3 cousins over from a sleep over and I had promised one that he could play Guitar Hero and Rock Band first thing this morning. So we all took turns singing and playing the "guitar" for about two hours and then the kids all just hung out the rest of the day.

Bubba and Dad rocking out on the guitars!

Dora and her cuz with their electronic devices!

Dora and her girl cousing swung on my porch swing and talked for hours! They all ran around the house playing hide and seek, played in the tent still pitched in the backyard from yesterday, played foozball on the game table, a couple of the kids played on the drum set for awhile, they all listened to music, and played Modern Warfare on the PS3 and Pokemon on the Nintendo 3DS. It was alot of good cousin fun! Bubba had to have a break at one point and shut everyone out of his room and read through 2 Manga books!

As I write this it is after 8 and Dora just now packed up her things to and spend the night at their house. Bubba, Bret, and Dad are watching You Tube videos together.
